Parc de l'Orgère
Laid out at the start of the XNUMXth century, this landscaped park heralds the advent of molded concrete in the art of gardens. To see: its vast central lawn, the concrete steps and bridge imitating wood, rock gardens and artificial caves from which the water flows.
The park enclosed by walls and gates includes a vast central lawn dominated by the castle.
At the corner, on the east side of the terrace, a rockery forms an artificial grotto from which emerges a basin spanned by a concrete bridge imitating wood. This rockery is repeated on the north slope of the castle where concrete steps imitating wood provide access to a small reconstructed grotto with flowing water.
