Clos des Chartreux Park in Tullins

Le Clos des Chartreux, former property of the Chartreux de la Sylve Bénite, houses a pool and a collection of trees of around thirty species.
It owes its basin and its species of trees from all over the world to Michel Perret, a wealthy industrialist and benefactor of the city in the XNUMXth century.

The Clos des Chartreux park is a real nature reserve of 35 hectares, partly wooded, where the Médalon flows. It is the subject of repeated interventions for its enhancement by the city's green space service. Explanatory plaques developed with the help of the National Forestry Office invite you to discover the secrets of the park's trees along the basin. You can also discover an educational hive.
