Since 1872, the Bigallet family has perpetuated the art of making fruit and plant-based syrups and liqueurs using the same processes.

Bigallet, inventor of Citronade, also offers Liqueurs des Alpes and specialties such as Génépi.

It was in 1872 that Félix Bigallet decided to create a syrup and liqueur factory in Virieu. Did he suspect that his modest enterprise would cross the centuries?
