A breeder of Savoy goats in the Valdaine Valley, Florence has a herd of around sixty animals and produces raw milk goat cheese.

Further information : Access to the "breeding" section is accessible to the general public during opening hours as well as participation in milking on Fridays and Saturdays at 17 p.m.

Opening

Until December 1, 2024 then from February 23 to December 1, 2025:
Friday from 15 p.m. to 18 a.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 15 p.m. to 18 p.m.
Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Rates

Prices vary from €1,85 for a “standard” raw milk goat cheese to €2,85 for large formats.
