I started my career as a timber construction engineer, but fairly quickly, I felt the need to return to my childhood passion: farming. It's something that's very close to my heart, something I inherited from my grandmother and father. They involved me in all aspects of farm life and instilled in me important values like sharing, courage, discipline, and respect.
It was no longer just a desire, but a necessity, the need to return to more hands-on work. So, I decided to take over the family farm with the idea of making it as beautiful as it was when I was a child. I therefore launched an organic market gardening workshop with the aim of growing healthy vegetables and revitalizing the small community where I grew up.
These vegetables are grown according to the principles of market gardening on living soil. This means that I first aim to nourish the soil so that it can then nourish my vegetables. The result is a radical reduction in the use of inputs while offering vegetables with multiple flavor and nutritional qualities.
