Indeed, the small size of the farm and our know-how make it possible to collect the nuts as they mature, thus ensuring good nutritional and taste quality of the fruits. The nuts are of traditional varieties: Franquettes and Mayettes thus bringing a very fine flavor.

Some orchards are managed using not only organic but also sustainable and ecological farming methods, with cattle grazing to keep the grass under the walnut trees trimmed. In other orchards, late mowing helps maintain the ecosystems.

Establishment open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 19 p.m. from mid-October to mid-December. Outside of this period, please make an appointment.
