La montée en Vouise
A must-see in the Voiron region! From the train station, quickly reach the forecourt of the iconic St Bruno church, completed in 1872 and listed as a historical monument in 2007. Take a break to admire the route already covered at the Regardou viewpoint.
The steep path that follows leads under the shady canopy of chestnut copses to Notre Dame de Vouise at an altitude of 735 m. Dominating the Voiron area, the tower with its 90 steps supports the statue dating from 1868 and features a panoramic orientation table overlooking the southern Voiron region, the Chartreuse mountains, and the Vercors massif.

None except for a few steep sections on the ascent and descent.
Bring a lamp to climb the stairs leading to the statue (there is little natural light).
