The Hôtel des Bains welcomes you in a retro, bistro and guinguette atmosphere with its large shaded terrace. Traditional catering: fine frying, frogs with morels, braised pork cheek and terrine of homemade foie gras with truffles.
The house, created in 1872, has belonged to the Perino family for three generations. The Hôtel des Bains, recognized as a "Café Historique", honors French bistronomy around its wines and authentic cuisine.
Its wine cellar is regularly rewarded by the press and decorated by the institutions of the profession. The restaurant offers special evenings around the winegrowers organized throughout the year.
Tasting evenings "among friends" are organized on request. In accordance with the wines you wish to discover or taste, dishes will be suggested to you and a meal prepared to share with friends.

Pascal Perino: I chose proximity for the quality of the products, the cultures here, the pleasure of working with local craftsmen and of promoting their work. Customers are sensitive to it; I believe in being as locavore as possible. Without claiming it, I also appreciate reasoned cultures, biodynamics, and organic. Things are going in that direction, and for me it's going in the right direction. It is the authentic side here that I also defend here. We cook simple, family cuisine with a bistro feel, attractive presentation and warm service. Before, I was a musician in Paris. I changed my life to come and help my mother and take over; and it pleased me to grow the business while keeping this bistronomic spirit that we had in our genes.
