About

The Hôtel des Bains welcomes you in a retro, bistro and guinguette atmosphere with its large shaded terrace. Traditional catering: fine frying, frogs with morels, braised pork cheek and terrine of homemade foie gras with truffles.

The house, created in 1872, has belonged to the Perino family for three generations. The Hôtel des Bains, recognized as a "Café Historique", honors French bistronomy around its wines and authentic cuisine.
Its wine cellar is regularly recognized by the press and awarded by professional institutions. The restaurant offers special evenings throughout the year featuring winemakers.
Wine tasting evenings "among friends" are organized upon request. To complement the wines you wish to discover or taste, dishes will be suggested and a meal prepared for you to share with friends.

Pascal Perino: I chose local produce for the quality of the products, local crops, and the pleasure of working with local artisans and promoting their work. Customers are sensitive to this; I believe you have to be as locavore as possible. Without claiming to be, I also appreciate sustainable farming, biodynamics, and organic products.
Things are going in that direction, and for me it's going in the right direction.
It's the authentic side of things that I'm also keen to uphold here. We make simple, home-style cooking with a bistro feel, attractive presentation, and warm service. I used to be a musician in Paris. I changed my life to come and help my mother and take over the business; and I've enjoyed growing the business while maintaining this bistronomic spirit that's in our blood.

Each week, L'Hôtel des Bains offers a new menu to be collected on site on Saturday and Sunday.

Join us every Saturday and Sunday from 13 p.m. to 17 p.m. for a brand new concept: the wine and gourmet aperitif shop, made in "Hôtel des Bains". A new selection of wines (individually, in gift sets, limited editions…) and catering products (foie gras, pata negra, hummus, rillettes, terrines, croquettes, homemade tartares…), updated weekly.
