The Eden restaurant offers local products and home cooking with fish and seafood specialties. You can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Vercors and the Chartreuse.
Alexandre and Nicolas in the kitchen, Gabrielle as head waiter: a sibling group who take no offense at their love of cooking or their desire to delight their guests and offer them warmth and conviviality.
This is an opportunity to combine their passion for fish and seafood with the briny aromas of their Vendée roots. Their love for the port of Sète on the Mediterranean and their attachment to the region allow them to prioritize local produce and short supply chains.
