Because prioritizing local products means support economic activity of the territory by the Fair compensation for farmers premises and value the unique character of territory and its products. It also means participating in the preservation of the environment by limiting the journeys (which emit greenhouse gases) of food between the producer and the plate.

Where can I find these products?
