Every year since 2020, Lake Paladru has offered a car-free tour around the lake. Whether by bicycle (electric or not), balance bike, scooter, rollerblades, or any other non-motorized form of soft mobility, it's a festive and family-friendly event not to be missed! Whether you're athletic or not, young or old, cycling is the perfect way to explore Lake Paladru 🙂
Around Lake Paladru by bicycle
This event has all the ingredients for a pleasant day; all that's left is to hope for sunshine! In 2025, the public turned out in force to fully enjoy the day and the complete closure of the lake to cars and motorized vehicles! A car-free day around the lake is also an opportunity to enjoy numerous activities and try out a variety of other things: sailing, archery, laser shooting, climbing, rowing…
The roads around the lake are closed, either completely or partially, so we advise you to plan your visit in advance. If you are driving, it is best to identify the municipality where you can park depending on where you are coming from: Charavines, Villages-du-lac-de-Paladru (Le Pin and Paladru), Montferrat, Bilieu.
To come and enjoy it, if you're driving, you'll need to check your route to access the parking lots and/or why not come by bike or bus, as soon as the information about the 2026 edition is revealed 😉
