N°35 – Saint Sixte le lac
For experienced mountain bikers. After a first long ascent with irregular slopes in the Bois de Servelongue, reach Massieu by a very technical descent. Due to forestry work, prefer the weekend for this circuit!
A second, more regular ascent will bring you to Lake Saint-Sixte.
The shaded areas around Lake Saint-Sixte (the highest point of the circuit at 700m) will be ideal for recovering before starting a fast and technical descent through the undergrowth, where you will have to make the most of your natural footing!
You are crossing one of the richest natural sites in the Isère department (Natura 2000 area, stay on the path).
FIELD UPDATE (June 2022): Forest track improvement work is underway on Mont Servelongue. For your safety, do not enter the area if work is in progress. Weekends are recommended!
