Electric heating in a cast iron core and a towel dryer will provide all the thermal comfort.
The 16m² travertine terrace is not overlooked and in a private courtyard with an unobstructed view.
Everything is accessible on one level and a parking space is reserved.
Reception is provided by the owner who lives on the premises and is available for her tenants.
