Welcome to the guest rooms of Ysalice in our adobe farm at an altitude of 700m in the heart of the hamlet of Saint Sixte Le Lac, commune of Merlas, the village with three steeples. A stone's throw from its small lake and the ruins of the castle in the Chartreuse park.
The full floor is intended for guests with two comfortable bedrooms: one for 2 people and one for 2 to 4 people, a library lounge area and a large shared bathroom.
Breakfast and our table d'hôtes made up of local and homemade products are served on the terrace or indoors depending on the weather.
For bicycles, motorcycles, sidecarists, closed shelter.
On reservation: Well-being massage, Beauty treatments, visit to the apiary.
Close to many viewpoints on the Valdaine or the Chartreuse Massif, we are at the start of many hikes, trails, bikes, easy or sporty.
Between 2 lakes, Paladru and Aiguebelette, fishing, beach, nautical activities await you.
Need for adrenaline, caving, via ferrata, paragliding and others are nearby, not to mention visits to the heritage and know-how of Chartreuse, as well as winter activities.

- "La Joubarbe": 16 m² for 2 people, King size bed 180x200 separable into 2x90x200
- "La Sauge": 17 m² for 2 to 4 people, King size bed 180x190 separable into 2x90x190
+ bed 90x200 and extra 90x200.

* Baby bed and equipment on request, wifi internet access, 1 hair dryer per room, cups and kettle, access to the laundry room on request (tumble dryer).
Breakfast and the table d'hôtes, a place for discussion and sharing, consist of products from surrounding farms and local players, as well as our production.
*On request, possibility gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian.
A summer kitchen is at your disposal if you do not want the table d'hôte.
Children are welcome, indoor games or garden (cabin), Ping-Pong table, visit to the Poulettes".
Access to the garden is authorized, deckchairs await you.

Booking
Reservation: Universal cancellation conditions.
The reservation concluded between the parties can in no way benefit, even partially, to third parties, natural or legal persons. Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax and imply acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Customer cancellation:
- If the cancellation occurs 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit and/or payment for the stay will be returned.
- If the cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before the start of the stay, the deposit and/or the payment of the stay remains with the owners who reserve the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.
