Discover the production and tasting of our different beers: the classics (blond, white, amber, brown beer ...) but also the most original (white with mint and green tea, golden with hemp, amber with chestnut, brown with walnut ...)!

All beers are produced and brewed on site, according to traditional know-how. They do not contain any additives or preservatives. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized. They re-ferment in the bottle, which explains the slight deposit of yeast, which is perfectly natural.

Enjoy the refreshment bar in a rural setting during store opening hours.

Catherine Dereume, Belgian by origin and great-granddaughter of a brewer, holds a diploma in Agro-Food Engineering with a specialization in Fermentations.
The setting up of the project with her ex-husband William Bown, began in 2004 and ended in 2005 (first sales in 2006). At the same time, Catherine and William tried their hand at brewing and developing original recipes.
