Group Nordic walking sessions to improve your posture and breathing. Individual maintenance session or improvement of your physical condition and/or guided relaxation session on a massage table and at your home.

Alternating between “activity” and “rest” is a key element to promote optimal balance for your health.

Nordic walking is ideal for:

When I practice Nordic walking, I mobilize the whole body using poles. This allows me to strengthen my entire osteoarticular system, to mobilize my muscle chains, to have optimal cardiac and pulmonary activity for my daily health and well-being.
→ relieve any pain
When I practice Nordic walking, I modify my posture by focusing my attention on my 4 supports (feet, pelvis, shoulders, head). These posture modifications or adjustments will make it easier for me to relax into the movement. And this relaxation has the effect of relieving, of unblocking certain potentially tense or painful parts of my body (frequent back pain, knee pain, etc.).

When I practice Nordic walking it’s because I’m on a path. In the great outdoors, I am attentive to what I am doing and I can observe everything around me. I can feel tired or even exhausted by my work and/or my daily life, so a practice close to nature will have a rejuvenating effect and help me regain vitality.

When I practice Nordic walking it’s a time when I take care of myself. This friendly, open-air practice facilitates exchanges with others. It’s shared pleasure during the activity.

Guided relaxation is interesting for:

It is communication and it is based on deep and sincere listening to what is felt. I welcome others as they are and this can give them the feeling of being listened to and taken into account. It is a moment of welcome and openness.

And this moment of restorative touch allows me to feel my possible blockages consciously or unconsciously. A guided relaxation session lasts 1 hour.

Additional information : Suitable for beginners. Equipment required: Nordic walking poles (MN). A MN stick loan is possible. Walking shoes or trail shoes suitable for paths. A session lasts 2h30 with 6 to 8km of walking and 150 to 250m of elevation gain, muscle strengthening, balance and coordination exercises and moments of sharing feedback on your practice.

Nordic walking group sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can register by SMS or on the “Nordic walking sessions” WhatsApp group.

For individual sessions to improve your physical condition (physical activity or guided relaxation), simply contact me to make an appointment.

Open all year
Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.
These days correspond to the weekly Nordic walking sessions.

The other days are reserved for individual and/or company meetings.
Exceptionally, the establishment may be open on Sundays or public holidays.
