Physical activity is a very rich lever for taking care of yourself. I rely on Nordic walking and cross training outdoors in the woods or in the forest.

To practice is to be in action, it is to take advantage of this moment for yourself, to work on your posture, both physical and symbolic. For example, having a physical posture that projects forward (going forward) will have an equivalent impact on one's symbolic posture, on one's state of being.
To feel is to awaken one's senses to be in a fairer movement, in a state of effective concentration to take advantage of this moment for oneself.
To evolve is to advance, to progress. Practice and feeling are 2 ingredients that set us on the path to better being on a daily basis.

The sessions last 2h30 to take the time to practice in a qualitative way on your posture and your breathing. They are suitable for everyone so that everyone can progress at their own pace and on the proposed time.

Each session takes place as follows:
- the practice of Nordic walking, muscle strengthening exercises, coordination, posture and breathing.
- feedback on his practice at the end of the session

The equipment is lent to you (Nordic walking poles, elastic straps) during the session.
Therapeutic care completes my approach with finer work on the body.


Nordic walking group sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can register by SMS or on the “Nordic walking sessions” WhatsApp group.

For individual sessions to improve your physical condition (physical activity or guided relaxation), simply contact me to make an appointment.

Additional information : Equipment required: Nordic walking poles (MN). A stick loan from MN is possible. Walking shoes or trail shoes suitable for paths.

Year-round program:
1-hour sessions on Mondays at 9:15 a.m., 18 p.m. and 19:15 p.m. Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Friday at 17 p.m. and 18:15 p.m.
2 hour sessions on Wednesday from 30:13 p.m. to 30 p.m.
3-hour sessions on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tuesday afternoons, Thursdays and Friday mornings are reserved for appointments for individuals or for business interventions.

Exceptional opening on certain Sundays and public holidays.
